Hello everyone. I am the newest addition to MrFantasyFreak.com. My name is Ladd Davies and I’ve been playing fantasy sports for many years. Mainly fantasy baseball and football. I have been writing my own wordpress blog and Alex happened upon it and my twitter account and invited me to join the team.
 
 
My background: I grew up in New Hampshire but now reside in Pensacola Florida. I’m a huge fan of most Boston teams: Red Sox, Bruins, Celtics. My NFL loyalty is with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and my college team is Arkansas. I could explain the story of the random fandom but it’s a long family thing. 
 
With training camp starting and fantasy draft season kicking up I will commit most of my time to fantasy football. I spend way too much real time on fake football.  Just know that going into this year take anything I may say about Doug Martin with a grain of salt. I am rather irrational when it comes to the “Muscle Hamster.” I do legitimately believe he could contend for offensive rookie of the year. I’m an eternal optimist and a slightly biased Bucs fan. I am hopeful Vincent Jackson will turn out great. I’m hopeful he will take defensive attention away from Mike Williams. I want to be able to rationalize rostering Dallas Clark but the new offensive scheme in Tampa Bay totally de-emphasizes the tight end position from what it once was. But when it comes to fantasy … I do my best to check my fandom at the door and look at each player and team as objectively as possible.
